On September 30, 2024, Đorđo Tintor successfully defended his bachelor’s thesis titled “Geometrijska i elektronska својства биолошки релевантних гвожђе–сумпор кластера – DFT студија” at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Chemistry.
His research explored the geometric and electronic properties of biologically relevant iron–sulfur clusters using density functional theory (DFT), providing key insights into metal–sulfur interactions in biochemical systems. This research was supported by our TMMagCat project. The thesis defense committee included Prof. Maja Gruden (supervisor) and Dr. Matija Zlatar.
Warm congratulations to Đorđo! We look forward to his future success!
